Job Description
  • Should be able to explain the Hospitals/Clinics/Doctors service,care and treatments to potential patients.Co-ordinate between patient and doctor in scheduling appointments.Follow up with patients for appointment scheduling patients records,details over mail and telephone.
  • Co-ordinate between the patient and doctor,clinic,hospital for treatment plan,diagnostic check ups.
  • Co-ordinate with Travel agent for International Patient Facilitation
  • Ability to work in a team environment,Should be good with handling people and making avail care and treatment at the clinic,hospital or doctor.
  • Maintaining & Updating patient details and follow up with them.
  • Should have a basic understanding of systems and processes that are to be followed in a healthcare facility.
  • To ensure excellent care and service to all the patients, to co-ordinate with doctor in patient care whenever required, complaints redressal, feedback, to ensure all appointments in time, preoperative and postoperative follow

  • CANDIDATES PROFILE
    Education: (UG - Any Graduate/Not Required - Any Specialization) AND (PG -Any Post Graduate-Any specailization/ Post Graduation Not Required)
  • Candidates with good communication skill(written and spoken English), and experience in the same field can apply for the post.
  • Excellent communication skills, multi-task oriented and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience in client or patient support from hospital or any other similar industry.
  • Fresh graduate with good written and spoken English can also Apply
  • Experience in any client support /patient support role

  • Essential:
  • Fulency and good command over both written and spoken english
  • Excellent Communication skills and a good conversationalist
  • Good interpersonal skill & professionalism
  • Strategic mind set and strong innovative and quick thinking ability
  • Pleasing and presentable Personality
  • Proficient in MS-Office
  • Must be knowledgeable in the use of standard office machines

  • Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi or any other local or regional language
    Salary: INR 1,20,000 - 2,40,000 P.A
